Gandhi Jayanti was celebrated with great enthusiasm to pay tribute to our Father of nation Mahatma Gandhi. The program started at 8.00 am in the school campus. We were delighted with the gracious presence of Sr. Daise Therese, Our principal Mrs. Shirley Mathews, staff members, and all the lovely students made the occasion vibrant and patriotic spirit.
The programme commenced with lightning of lamp followed by floral tribute to Gandhiji, continued with intercessory prayers, melodious song presented by the students and our music teacher Mr. Abhishek Tiwari, inspirational Hindi speech was delivered by the students. Sr. Daise motivated our students to be loyal towards our nation. Principal ma’am addressed the students with the message to respect one another and lead the life with love and peace. At the end the students contributed towards the cleanliness of the campus under the theme Clean India.
