Promotion

  • In line with the Education Policy of the govt. of India, education will be a continuous course of study. As such, the performance of the students will be reviewed throughout the year by conducting tests and examinations. Thus assessment will be a continues process, and will not be confined to the annual examinations alone.
  • Promotions are based on the average of the formative and summative assessments conducted throughout the year.
  • Progress report will be issued after each examination and unit test. The same is to be duly signed on the same day and returned.
  • Those students who obtain the qualifying grades (minimum grade D) in all the subjects as per the Scheme of Studies shall be awarded a Qualifying Certificate. Those who get Qualifying Certificates shall be eligible for admission in higher class. Those students who are not able to get minimum grade D in all the subjects as per the Scheme of Studies shall not be permitted for admission in higher classes.
  • The periodic report as well as the final examination report will be withheld in case of pending payment of the fees to the school.
  • The decision of the Principal with regard to promotion after the Annual Examination will be final and will not be reconsidered under any pressure.
  • Similarly, the decision of the Principal with regard to fees, assessment of marks. Prize etc. will be final
